What makes our upholstery fabrics eco-friendly ?

All our fabrics are handcrafted using biobased materials and natural fibers. We also use upcycling to make finished products.

What types of materials are used to manufacture our products ?

On our website, you'll find products and fabrics containing the following materials: Silk, Cotton, Linen, Jute, Leather, Mohair, Cashmere, Hemp, Copper, Abaca, Wool, Mohair Wool, Lurex, Bamboo Silk.

Do you offer customized options for your fabrics ?

Our "Special Order" tab and category in "Collections" allows you to submit your custom order request.

Do you have any recommendations for maintaining product quality ?

We recommend professional dry-cleaning. It's also best to keep fabrics at room temperature.

Do you offer consultation services to help me choose the right fabrics for my furnishing project ?

You can request an appointment at contact@perrineparis.com for all new projects.

Can I obtain fabric samples before placing an order ?

Yes, to request fabric samples, please contact: lessingulieres@perrineparis.com.

The product I want is currently out of stock. How can I find out when it's back in stock ?

To be informed when a product is back in stock, you can click on the "Notify me of product availability" button on the out-of-stock product concerned. Enter your e-mail address and an e-mail will be sent to you when the product becomes available.

How can I subscribe to the PERRINE Paris Newsletters ?

You will find at the bottom of the page of our PERRINE Paris website, the possibility to register your e-mail under the heading "Subscribe to the newsletter".


RETURNS AND REFUNDS :


How do I return my online purchase ?

You may return one or more items for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. The items you wish to return must be packaged in their original packaging and labelled.

Please contact lessingulieres@perrineparis.com so that we can send you a return label. Unless we make a mistake, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods (valid only for France) and will be deducted from the amount of the refunded item. For countries outside France, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.

Your request will be processed once your parcel has been received. You will receive your refund directly to your bank account.

Please note that we do not accept returns on custom orders.


Is my product defective ?

The nature of the fibers that make up our products, as well as our manufacturing methods (weaving and hand-knotting), mean that each product has its own intrinsic qualities. Certain differences in appearance cannot be considered as manufacturing errors. Variations in the color of natural fibers cannot be considered production faults.

How can I pay for my order ?

You can pay via the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, American Express, PayPal and Klarna.

Is it possible to pay in installments ?

Yes, you can pay in instalments on the Perrine Paris website via Klarna.

How can I offer a gift

On each product page, the "offer a gift" tab is available. All orders are delivered in a box wrapped with a ribbon, with the exception of rugs and bulky items of small furniture. Furniture items are delivered with a certificate of authenticity.
At the time of payment, you can include a card with a personal message and hide the price of the item.
A customer can exchange a gift. For further details, please contact us at contact@perrineparis.com.

How do I get an invoice ?

An invoice will be sent automatically to the e-mail address linked to the order once your order has been confirmed.


DELIVERY :


What are the different delivery options ?

For small and medium-sized parcels, we offer standard home delivery as well as delivery to a Colissimo delivery point.

Large or oversized parcels are sent by DHL Express.

When will I receive my order ?

As soon as we receive your order, we prepare it within 24 to 48 hours.

Once your package has been dispatched, it will be delivered within 3 to 5 days in metropolitan France and Europe, and 7 to 10 days internationally.

How can I track my order ?

As soon as your order has been dispatched, an e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you have provided, with a link and tracking number that will enable you to follow your parcel step by step.

Les Singulières embodies a project for the creation and eco-responsible edition of unique pieces or limited series of accessories and small furniture.

Les Singulières were born from our passion for excellent craftsmanship and our desire to promote the exceptional materials developed by our studio of creation, produced by our artisans and not used in the PERRINE collections.

Les stocks de tissus et de fils issus des productions de PERRINE constituent la matière première des produits vendus via Les Singulières.

Les premiers de série des tapis des collections PERRINE sont également proposés à l'achat sur l'e-shop Les Singulières.

Enfin, des échantillons de format 25x25cm sont proposés pour chacune des références de tapis vendues afin de faciliter votre choix avant achat.
