Shipping policy
The customer is informed of the approximate delivery date before production begins. The delivery time is subject to the variations specific to handmade productions. When the order is confirmed, the customer is given an estimate of the cost of transport as an indication. Transport costs are subject to market variations, which cannot be anticipated several months in advance. If, at the time of delivery, the transport price is higher than the estimated price, the customer has the choice of waiting for the transport price to fall to a lower price or paying the new transport cost.
If a folded carpet is not to be installed immediately after delivery, it is recommended that it be placed on a roll to avoid any risk of marking.
PERRINE will not be held responsible if products are lost or stolen by the transport company.
PERRINE accepts no responsibility for goods once they are available for delivery. Any storage before delivery is at the customer's expense.
