THE CREATION OF THE STUDIO
Studio PERRINE was born from the passion for textile design of its founder, Perrine Rousseau, and from her desire to showcase artisanal excellence.
She travels to many countries in Asia and Africa, where she spends time with artisans and initiates projects in collaboration with them, with an ever-growing desire to discover the riches of these countries brimming with artisanal knowledge and ancestral know-how.
In 2006, Perrine Rousseau founded the Maison de Création et d'Édition de Textiles de Luxe faits-main PERRINE, for which she still provides the style today.
The atmosphere of the studio, punctuated by the rhythm of the looms or the whisper of the shuttles, and nourished by the scent of natural fibers, summons the senses and perpetuates the history of artisanal weaving.

THE PRODUCTION WORKSHOPS
PERRINE has established long-term partnerships with production workshops in India and Nepal. There, it works with the finest textile artisans, custodians of traditional skills. Thanks to this mutual enrichment, the House offers exceptional collections.
